the trick is to only add the clutch pedal, and cut the left side off the brake pedal. it has notches where you cut, then you can slip the normal rubber on. the other issue is the shifter housing. you need the plastic base from under the shifter itself, along with the rubber boot that resides in the firewall, just behind the shift coupler.and the reverse switch

the wiring for the manual shifter just plugs in.

it took about 4 hours to install the clutch pedal, master (including snipping the nipple from brake res), cut the brake pedal, and install the shifter housing (pita).

if you like the car, do the conversion!
