Hit & run wheel/alignment problem Posted by JeffR [Email] (#2860) [Profile/Gallery] (more from JeffR) on Fri, 30 May 2008 09:22:10 Members do not see ads below this line. - Help Keep This Site Online - Signup |
After getting hit and run while parked on the street, now my steering wheel is off-center. Also, it's obvious while driving that the front end needs an alignment. My wheels were curbed to the left at the time. We are taught that at work for safety reasons. Someone must have hit the car as they turned left out of a bank drive thru and their tire must have hit/rubbed up against my fender and wheel. Had my wheels been straight I doubt the 92 TC would have sustained so much damage!
Am I looking at bent suspension or steering components? I want to buy my own parts first before I take it in!
Any advice would be helpful. Thanks in advance!
