Yes--there's a nut and bolt that holds the bracket to the frame down there. A bit of a reach even with everything out of the way, but you'll figure it out. I find it easier still to remove the APC bracket (leave box attached) to access the turn signal screws. No need to remove t/s screws, just loosen enough to remove (and don't overtighten on re-install) On the passenger side, its the upper horn that gets in the way of t/s screws. You don't really need to disconnect the turn signal wiring harnesses (brittle, best not to mess), just let it hang.
When you reinstall the h/l unit, start by dropping the little rubber nipple thing on the bottom of the bracket into place, then replace the bracket screws, nut/bolt.
If you're re-using the bracket but replacing the lens, best to have some of the extra plastic mounting pieces (black sleeves and white clampy things) on hand before starting. You'll almost surely bust one when you pry the lens away from the bracket. eEuro and saabsite have them, its worth having some on hand anyway.
