I'd make sure the motor is really burnt out. Do you know this for a fact?
Sometimes it's just the switch that's bad, or a loose wire.
I'd take the door panel off and make sure the connections to the motor are making good contact.
I tested a window motor before by using a battery charger and touching the + and - leads on the motor itself.
You may want to try swapping switches with a known good working one before even doing anything else.
