Chris, it appears that 'photobucket' service has such buttons like "click to get code for BB-link". DON'T USE IT.

Note that the right one doesn't have any "img" or "%5" symbols and it ends with ".jpg". And that there's a single "http://" substring in the URL which it starts with.

Once again (I think this should be posted on the FAQ pages) - the correct link (URL) should be like this:
http://server.domain/folder/subfolder/sub-sub-sub-subfolder/resource.ext
where
http:// - the right header (identifies the protocol used to access the server that's hosting your resource)
server - server's name
domain - .com, .net, .ru or a such (saabnet site belongs to .com domain)
folder/.../the-final-folder - the path to the folder that contains your resource (picture for the pic and any other object for the simple link)
resource.ext - filename and extension

If we parse the right URL for your pic (http://i265.photobucket.com/albums/ii210/ca441970/SAAB4-21004.jpg) then we'll get the following:
- it's hosted on the i265th server of photobucket that is being the subdomain of .com zone
- that's HTTP server (other options like FTP, HTTPS or FIX will be discussed on the next seminar)
- your picture is located in /albums/ii210/ca441970/ and the file name and extension are "saab4-21004" and "jpg" accordingly
