in my experience - front tire edge wear is not abnormal especially with some makes - eg Yokohama - check the board for info on this. A squeek does not sound like a bearing - its a more of a low hum or rumble varying with road speed - present even when you let off the clutch or gas.
try driving on a curve and see if the pitch changes on the unweighted wheel. is the noise still there when you coast with clutch in and/or gas off? - could be a clutch release bearing or even a belt related issue.
