It's a tight job that you should do from the top-side. Jack stand the front of the car up to a comfortable height. Mostly, you have to visualize the many bolts around the oil pump housing. The harmonic balancer replacement is your call as it will look dry rotted, only because the outside exposed to the element will show wear. They mainly wear-out from people over-tightening the drive belts and from heat soaking from the engine. Both my 900 have almost 200k on the same HB-pulley. Good time to also check the alternator bushings. It can be up to a six hour job. If your car has the ignition sensor under the crank pulley and not the hall sensor in the distributor, take extra care disconnecting the harness for it. Remember to zip-tie the harness back out of the way of moving parts when finished with the job. What happens with all the oil leaking is the O-ring becomes brittle with age and leaks.
