I've changed the driver's side motor mount with the engine in the car and lived to tell about it. It took me about 8 hours. I made a lot of mistakes though.
Are you changing the mount? or removing the engine? If your removing the engine- yeah, just pull out that long through bolt. Make sure you reinstall the spacer when you put it back or you'll have some parts touching that shouldn't and that will transfer vibration (which totally sucks).
If you are doing the dreaded job of changing the mount with the engine in- It can be done.
To answer your question: there are two other bolts that you can't see. They're hidden behind the mount. So there's 4 total. I managed to remove them when I did the job but it was such a traumatic undertaking that I think I've blocked it out of my memory.
There is an awesome post on here somewhere with step by step instructions on how to change all 3 motor mounts with the engine in.
Sorry for the long reply if your just removing the engine.
