Elring is the OEM supplier. Don't sweat it, the revised-design head gaskets started flowing in the mid-nineties so the old-design ones are long gone by now. The new-design gaskets are fine in the long haul, but you should still use high-quality coolant and change it regularly so the passages in the head and especially the block don't start to break down. The B212 block steel was a different alloy that proved to be a little more susceptible to breakdown and pitting from neglected-maintenance coolant.
Just about any virgin (nonrecycled) coolant will work for you. You can got to an auto parts store and get a brand-name bottle of coolant or find another source for it (site sponsors of course, or other dealers). I worked for a Volvo dealer in years past, and their OEM coolant was made by BASF, who was the original supplier to Saab. Just the odor of the stuff told me what kind of glycols and alcohols were in solution in that stuff. It worked well and was relatively cheap. The Saab purple stuff also works, but my local dealer quit stocking it. When I showed up and asked for some, I started out with "Dude, WTF?" and progressed to "so what do you use in your customers' cars anyway?" "We just use the recycled (stuff)." This in cars with aluminum blocks.

Yet another reason why my local dealer has gone out of their way to not earn my business.
