Unfortunately it sounds like you may have to pull up the carpet front and back and inspect the entire wiring loom as something is grounding out. If you have carefully inspected the rear brake clusters - both sides for proper grounding and the 152B connection panel near the drivers side wheel well at the front then you will need to dig deeper for a frayed power wire that carries current under the carpet or and is inadvertently grounding out.
Is there anything that you she have done in the car or have added that would cause wiring to become frayed? Is wiring jambed under the rear seat? is there any sign of ANY visible wires melting or blackened?
An alternative is to start afresh and remove power via the fusebox from each item by removing its associated fuse until you have isolated the problem (eg stop blowing more fuses). If that fuse is for a non essential item - eg interior lights you could problem drive around like that until you figure out what to do. if its for an essential like the brakes - at least you know what to fix.
