The lights are really old. I think they are "Lucas Flamethrowers".
I have had them since about 1975. I have mounted them on every car I've owned since then. They are worth their weight in gold for keeping the
venison off the hood ;>) I spend a lot of time hunting/fishing/hiking/canoeing in rural NY/NJ/Pa deer rich areas. Been lucky so far. I prefer to take my game afield.
They are mounted on homemade brackets. Fabricated of 1/2" X 1/8" flat steel stock bolted to the stock fog light mounting holes in the back of the bumper.
They exit above the bumper/under the grill. The hole for the lamp is as close to the grill as possible (without touching) to allow the hood to clear.
They do not vibrate. Bulb life (55W) is excellent. I power them thru a relay and separate fuse right off the battery, short run, heavy wire. The relay is energized by the high beam circuit, So that they are controlled by the high beam stalk. Makes it much easier to deal with on-coming cars, only one switch to flip. I'd run higher wattage bulbs, but the 80 amp Alternator is kinda feeble for the total load. I run 65/80 bulbs in the
Euro spec head lamps. BTW, I am really disappointed in the e-spec HL. they are not living up to the rave reviews they get!
