you did the first part of the test correctly, which is to measure the resistance across the sensor terminals at 1 atm pressure, acceptable is between 5 and 13 ohms. Then you are supposed to disconnect the hose and using a hand pump like a MityVac, pressurize the sensor to 14.5 psi. The resistance reading across the terminal should then increase to 83-92 ohms. You don't want the engine running (or the ignition on) while you do any of this.
