idle increase when idling for a while

Hello,
All is well with the 85t. Yesterday I was waiting for a train to pass (10 minutes) and the idle increased slowly from around 850 to around 1100 during the time interval (estimated from tach needle below the "1" to slightly above the "1"). I know older saabs which have been slightly modified aren't supposed to idle very well, but I was wondering if I'd be able to look at anything in particular to possibly get things dialed-in better. I'm guessing AIC valve (newish) or temp sender (which was replaced about 4 years ago). Thanks!
