White Grease for power windows?

My power windows seem to need a lot of time and effort to move. So I was reading my Bentley manual, the part about power windows, to figure out how to lubricate them. The manual said to use "white grease" but I don't know what white grease is. I usually use Moly axle grease on everything. Can anyone tell me what "white grease" is? Can I get it at Pep Boys, or is the kind of thing that is only available in a tiny little tube for $15 plus $25 shipping? Or, can I just use my axle grease on power window gears? Bentley was not overly clear on WHAT to grease either. Thanks!
