If it's the coolant feed, you have two options....

Earlier cars used a complex, annoying metal tube which runs from the intake manifold to turbo. Both ends are banjo bolts - one in the turbo, the other between intake manifold runners 1 & 2.

Later cars have a port directly off the head, near the thermostat housing, the turbo side is the same. On these cars, a small length of rubber hose connects a barb fitting on the turbo side to the port on the head.

You can go either route with a later ('91+) head. The "later style" setup is much more convenient and easy to work with, but adds the failure point of rubber hose... :)

Regardless of which way you go, a junkyard is probably going to be your source. How come you don't have one already? Weren't you doing an auto->manual swap and not a nonturbo->turbo swap?
