Jean, The price seems a little high. I'd try for a thousand less and that is still on the fringe but the miles are low , BUT saabs sitting around seem to be as hard on the car as continual use. . Milkage for that year is about 100,000 to 130,000 miles. or that is what my 7 have had in that era.Yes there is enough room for your camping needs. The trunk and back seat will do a lot. Just make sure the top (roof) is good. And to be honest , I never really trust ANY unknown vehicle for a long trip w/o having driven it locally for a while. If you are going to go and your trip brings you through Richmond KY I 75, and you have problems , I as will many other posters, will be like your AAA. Just take a lap top or find a library and I as do many others read this often , 3-4 times a day. If you don't have triple A get it and the best version. i think they tow over 200 miles. Again this is not bad press for saabs, its just an old car which may have a few bugs worked out. You must follow your heart, especially if you have a big wallet.
