A clogged fuel filter can cause these symptom and a faulty AMM. If you lower speeds,(15 - 25mph) drives fine , but acceleration is poor as well as higher speeds, change the fuel filter. With the car running better cold, this points also toward fuel filter. With the engine cold, the NTC sensor causes the injectors to give more gasoline until the engine is warm.
