I,ve had good luck with using "Grease Lightning" cleaner with a slightly diluted blend 50%/50% of water. What it did was loosen some of the leather dye enoung to spread it around. CAREFUL! do a test spot first. You will be moving the dye around and could make thing better or worst. Afterwards, treat with leather conditioner. "Grease Lightning" is a lye based cleaner, so wear gloves. Local stores carry it in their cleaning product sections.
