I'm at about that place myself right now, but haven't yet kinked up the hose. While attempting a regular fluid replacement/brake bleed a coupla day ago, three nipples backed off easily. The fourth, DSR, broke clean off.
This afternoon, a good quality small diameter easy-out, threaded in for ~6 MM, and bit right into the busted bleeder nipple. After dosing it up with a good rust penetrant, and without really forcing it, I then broke off the easy-out, more or less flush with the head of the nipple. I guess I should have read the instructions, which said to first drill the stud/fitting out to 7/64th, so there's more meat around the easy-out before trying to torque it seriously. Jeesh ! The classical nightmare! I guess it's nearly impossible to drill out a broken and hardened --presumably-- easy out with a normal drill bit???
I see that the brakeline fitting seems more than a little externally rusted, and I didn't try putting a wrench onto it yet. There still 2mm or so of the busted nipple protuding above the caliper body, and tomorrow I'll try first putting a little heat on it and then see if I can back it out by using a small chisel on the protuding remains.
Any other ideas?
