I did mine earlier this summer.
Rears- use a Dremel with a cut-off wheel to split the bushing tube. Then use an air chisel to expand the tube. The Dremel can be used to split the bushing and if your careful you can split the sleeve.
Fronts- I was removing SACH springs. I could insert an allen socket with an extension into the top of the rod. I then was able to lock the nut with a wrench and spin off by turning shaft with ratchet.
Spring compression- P.I.T.A.- I have an '87 900S, unfortunately, the springs aren't short like the SPG. Need shorty wrench to turn the bolts on the spring compressor. Had to keep compressing and uncompressing to move compressor to the right location. It was a BIACH. If the car has stock springs not SPG, I would get torch and cut the springs. It would be way faster. If you don't have a torch, $250 at HomeDepot probably way cheaper in several ways at Harbor Frieght.
