I also have always used PBRs. The only time I have used stock pads was on my '84 which I bought new. When I got my '87TC from my cousin, I guess they were still stock pads since the car had only 25,000. I changed them over to the PBR Metalmasters now still on the car. Heck, I must have put 50-55,000 on them and the rotors have nary a significant groove. Anyhow, I have these two sets that came with the stuff my cousin gave me when I got the car, and I was just wondering if I should use them. They have been lay around in the bottom of a drawer for 20 years.
