Is this a car with headlight washers ? If so, you can block the headlight washer part of the system if you like. One car I know of just bent the hose going to the headlights and pinched it off with a zip-tie. If you still have the headlight wipers connected, you might want to unplug them too. The "T" that connects the headlight washer system to the main system has a round top with a diaphram in it on my cars. That can be rebuilt easily. I just used a blade, wedged it between the "top" and popped it off. There is a rubber diaphram that rots out. I replaced that by sandwiching a small section of plastic grocery bag betwen the top and the T. It has worked perfectly for 3 years. They are also cheap on theSaabsite, but it took less time to rebuild it myself.
