SPG wheel opening moldings... 1 Saabers Like This Post! Posted by Clay McNeely [Email] (#497) [Profile/Gallery] (more from Clay McNeely) on Tue, 25 Aug 2009 09:37:05 Members do not see ads below this line. - Help Keep This Site Online - Signup |
I am looking to replace the wheel opening moldings on my SPG. I am aware that the SPG moldings are different than the moldings used on other trim lines, but is each wheel opening molding different for each wheel on the SPG? The reason I ask is because I have found a source that offers standard wheel opening moldings. There is only one part number and it states that 4 are needed for the entire car...makes sense. For the SPG wheel opening moldings, there are 4 separate part numbers (front driver, front passenger, rear driver, and rear passenger). The front driver part has been discontinued. Will any of the others work or is the molding indeed different for each wheel opening?
One other quick question...is the chrome strip for the bumper extensions (front and rear) on a SPG the same as a non-SPG? I'm sure more questions will follow in the next few days/weeks. Thanks in advance for the help. Drive safely and KEEP ON SAABING!!!
