Before you go to all the trouble to replace the seal inside the dizzy, you might test the manifold check valve. If it is leaking, turbo boost will pressurize the crankcase and force oil out the path of least resistance. You might find that the oil leak will slow down to near zero if boost pressure is not pushing out the oil.
