I am looking for some opinions on what you guys would think would be a good tire for my 1990 900 turbo convertible. While we get an occasional snowfall around here, I will not be driving my SAAB in it. That's what I have a 4WD van for! We do however get some rather heavy rains (most recently, Hurricane Ida) especially during summer thunderstorms. I would rather sacrifice snow traction for a better wet/dry tire. I also like stiff sidewalls a firm ride, and responsive steering.

As far as size goes, I'm currently running BFGoodrich Traction TA's 86H series in the P186/65R15 size. I am thinking of upsizing to P195/60R15's. I have been well pleased with the Traction TA's, but they seemed to wear down quickly, especially on the outer edge of the front tires. That's probably a camber problem, but overall they wore down quick it seems. I've heard there are different grades of Traction TA's. The ones I have are fairly firm, but the sidewalls seem to flex a little.
