dash of the C900 i wonder how you'd best get the smooth transition from the top of dash to vertical parts? his dash seemed to be basically one dimension, probably with a sheet metal facing i'd guess.
i supposed you could use the coating material to the front edge of the lip and sand it down to smooth as it goes over to front to blend, or would you have an all over coated dash? and glove box door becomes another issue lol.
as you say, split dashes should be plentiful to try a couple of different ways to do it and see what works best.
