Clicking noise could be the outer C/V joint. Check the C/V axle boots for rips/tears. If there are torn rubber boots, the heavy rain could have washed the grease out. I'm also looking at replacing my passenger side outer C/V boot. My 92/900t is just starting to make noise, so I just drive locally. Since my car has 183.000 miles on each axle, it might just be easier to get two re-man axles. A much cleaner job, since they come with everything. Engine/trans. mount and lower front shock bushings can make clicking and thud sounds when worn. Just have to visually check these items. The blue (Relay?) box could just be a buzzer box. Does the box have a small metal speaker on the side? The intermediate tach operation might be a loose connect in it's circuity. Clean the ground cluster wires near the fuel rail and lower passenger side lower radiator. With these Saabs having so many years on them, just re-cleaning the contact area is a good start along with removing each fuse and re-inserting several times. lack of good electrical connection just happens over time. Relay re-insertion also is a good deal.
