When you put positive manifold pressure from the turbo into the valve cover via a missing or malfunctioning check valve, you are introducing air with a moisture component into the crankcase system. Of course you are getting a condensation problem -- unless you are living in the Gobi desert where negligible humidity is present.
Use a third of a can of Sea Foam in the crankcase, followed by an oil change, and make sure the check valve is installed properly so when the turbo is on boost, the check valve prevents any air from entering the valve cover.
