I use an extended handle box wrench and place the handle of the wrench into the top groove of the power steering pulley. Disconnect the center coil ignition wire and "Bump" starter motor. Make sure the main pulley nut and boxed wrench are sitting flat against the nut. One quick bump "Only" on the starter key! To tighten the nut, place a wrecking bar against the flywheel ring gear while someone tightens the main pulley nut. Be patient and all will come together. Watch the knuckles. The most important thing to remember is when replacing all the pulley drive belts, only tighten enough not to slip. Any thing tighter will ruin the rubber mounted harmonic balancer pulley. My test on "V" belt tightness is to twist the V-belt at the longest spaced point and turn/twist the belt 180 degrees. Reisistance should be felt after 180 degrees and no sooner.
