Setting the e-brake tension is critical. Too tight and you'll warp the rotor.
Remove the 14mm cap bolt on the back of the caliper housing. Loosen the 4mm internal hex brake adjustment. If it's hard, don't force it. It is not a set screw that is supposed to back out. It is a mechanism with a toothed gear on the end which engages an internal cog. If you force it, the teeth on the gear will break and you'll be looking at a rebuild. Turn it counterclockwise until it stops (again, don't force it). Remove the caliper like you'd do with any brake job, the guide pins are 7mm internal hex, put the pads in, yada, yada. When you get it all put back together, turn the adjustment screw clockwise until it stops (stressing again, don't force it). The wheel should be hard to spin, if you can spin it at all. Now turn the adjustment counterclockwise 1/4-1/2 turn until the wheel spins freely.
