I had a pretty nice dash from a 93 900. It had about 6 small cracks. Most less than 1" long and 1/8 inch wide. I cleaned the dash with simple green, sanded it down, filled the cracks with POR Patch, sanded again, wiped down and applied about 15 coats of bed liner spray. I would say it turned out really well. The bedliner coating is similar to the original finish. I have had it sitting in my hot attic for about a month. Looks really nice. Who knows how it will hold up, but that bedliner stuff is really tough, and remains flexible. I had contacted the people at POR 15 about using POR patch, and they said it was fine for this application. All in all, it took about an hour, but you need to give the filler time to degas before you paint it. Cost well under $20. Looks like new.
