Thanks, I'm aware of the need of that tool. I would drive to an Indy Saab guy to have it reset.
BUT, I need to know if the clockspring is broken to begin with. So, as I mentioned earlier, when testing with an Ohm Meter, I get contact when testing the red or the orange wire on both pin's of the white 2pin connector. If this is the way it should be, great. If this is not normal, not so good, because I have to undo the steering wheel again and spend $180 or so for a new ABS horn ring.
