1. Quit using the Marvel Mystery Oil!! (just kidding)
2. Mine was doing the exact same thing and I cured it by cleaning the ground on the front support near the radiator. It is located on the right side near the battery, under the radiator. Follow the negative cable from the battery to the location, remove the bolt and wire brush everything (wire eyes, support, bolt) and see if that does the trick.
3. When getting old and tired, these Bosch fans are known to pull a lot more amps on fan startup than when they were new. Before you buy a new or junkyard one, I'd swap the fans from side to side and see if that helps the problem. If it does, you probably need a new fan.
