1994 900 TC
Purchasing 4 new tires. Currently the original alloys,5.5Jx15H2, have 190/65x15H on them.
Plan on installing all season 185/65x15. Car is moving to southern PA, less snow, less winter driving, older & drive slower, tired of twice a year tire/wheel switch/storage routine-not gettin' any younger.
Used 185/65x15 on my 1990 900 and liked it better in snow and foul weather.
Willing to trade off sportier handling characteristics of wide/low profile tires for all narrower/taller,season convenience.
QUES: After reading owner's manual and Bentley manual I understand the 185 series to be an acceptable size for the stock alloy rim.
Correct?
Thanks
