screw a long bolt with large washers into were the plastic vane is and tap the bolt in and then the washers out. You can also spray some transmission oil in the gear end. Worst case senario use a water base de-rust into the gears at the pressure plate but if you have to do this may as well also change the pressure place (the cluch) because is almost at the end of life, is cheap and you almost there
