Mr. Myles is correct. I passed over your post for this same reason. It helps to know that the car is a Turbo and is relatively low mileage. I'd look first at the vacuum hoses. Turbos have more of them than normally aspirated cars, and at 130,000 you might still have your original vacuum hoses, considering that the vacuum hoses on later cars like yours seemed to be of better quality. But they don't last forever, so examine them carefully.
A second item would be the AIC valve, the electrically powered valve that controls your idle speed. It's near the front of the car above the manifold near the fuel rail and has one hose going in, another going out, and a two pin electrical connector on a '92. If it is dirty it can stick open a bit and cause high idle. It can be removed and WD40 can be used to clean it out. Search postings here for details.
I think that those would be the top two items to look at for abnormally high idle.
