Yep, all came with alarms. The alarm unit is under the rear crossmember beneath the back seat. It is mounted with two torx screws to the crossmember directly behind the driver's seat. If you take out the rear seat bottom and peel back the carpeting you can take out the screws and remove the unit underneath. Then just unplug the alarm unit. (There may also be an on/off switch--can't recall).
Why do you want to disable it? Is it going off when it shouldn't? If so, check the switches under the front and rear hoods, sometimes they get misaligned. If you want to disable it because you don't have the remote, you shouldn't need to. It can't be activated without the remote.
The switch under the passenger seat is a valet switch I believe, so you can disable the alarm for a short time.
