Try your nearest Saab dealer for the needed parts, or make your own. When I deleted all the EGR crap from my first 91 SPG back in 06, my local dealer was able to get the proper intake block off plate/ exhaust cap. They even gave me a baggy full of gaskets for the intake plate and an instruction sheet!
Its been a while, but I remember you will need to cap the vacuum solenoid line that feeds the canister on the radiator support (which you remove). You will also remove the egr tube and cap off the holes in the exhaust and intake manifolds. And of course, swap the ECU. There is probably a little more to it, though I can't remember exactly. It really is straight forward and easy. Hope this helps.
