I started my day with dark blue and fuchsia hair. I spent all day working on getting it to a pale blond and pink. After 11 hours working on clients and my own hair I was THRILLED with the results, I wasn't sure whether I'd be blond or bald by sundown. My tireless assistant deserved a ride home after all the help she gave me. So I said we'd put the top down and I'd drop her off at home (a real luxury in NYC, even in a mis-match FrankenSlaab like mine!)
I was parked a block from work. At first I assumed that I had mistaken my parking spot, thinking that maybe I was looking in yesterday's spot.... but, no, I remember pulling in front of the pizza joint this morning and rushing in to work.....
How likely is it that someone could have stolen my Saab off the VERY busy NYC street? I have working keyless entry. The alarm no longer sounds, but the car is disabled by opening the door w/o the keyless button. Would it be relatively easy to disarm the security system in an unobtrusive manner? People are all around brunching and whatnot all day on this block....
I have looked and looked but it doesn't appear that my car has been towed.
PS- Hi everyone! I've been away for a long time, my car was hit, jimmied together by SaabSaviour and then it's taken a beating here in NYC. It looks like hell, but was running GREAT!!! (NickNick, I've been devoted to Atros for ages now, you were a godsend with that tip Mike is a gem!)
PPS-Anybody wanna hook a gal up with a decent Saab? *sigh*
XOXO,
Amelia
