I'm thinkin' Bearing. It would stabilize the axis when brakes are appied (honing its warped axis) and thus you have what sounds like a warped rotor, but is not. ever so slight, annoying off centered-ness. maybe a giant pothole crushed a ball in race.
Has anyone actually had to replace these?
Or maybe a bushing is just evil. these to would fix in pitch/angle when the torque of brakes were applied.
