Ok, I checked the wiring diagrams for your year.
Let's try some things.
1) Try your emergency flashers, and see if the rt stays solid and left clicks.
2) Try your high beams and see if they are dim too.
If the answer is yes, then, there are only two common ground points for these two circuits. One is on the radiator cross member and the other is behind the instrument panel. I'd treat the crossmember one first - easiest to get at and most probable, check things, and then if needed try the instrument panel one and hope that's it.
A little info on the system you are looking at. Each headlight has a separate circuit for each setting H/L - so 4 circuits. So if it's all bad then a central grounding problems seem reasonable.
Now the headlights all ground into the radiator crossmember, but the highbeam indicator in the instrument panel grounds into the one behind the panel.
Also, almost all the dash indicator lamps ground to to the same ground pt behind the dash as the flasher and interior indicators (SRS, e brake lt, cruise lt, rear defroster, for instance)if those are dim or weird - then go behind the dash. But if all the dash indicator lights are bright, then that's prob not it. If the interior light stays on, but the outside doesn't, then I'm betting on a grounding problem to the crossmember, but it seems weird that the lt one isn't a problem.
Now - how rapidly did this happen and how long have you had the car?
Best wishes, Buck
