Hello all, I posted on this earlier, 1988 900 16v turbo, the reason I started this was due to excessive crank time to start, So I took off the plug to the Aic sprayed the electric contacts with elec cleaner did the same with Amm contacts, took Amm off sprayed with carb cleaner sprayed throttle body/butterfly out and removed Apc box cleaned the contacts as well put everything back together and had a high Idle, disconnected the battery to reset ecu. still had high Idle, went for a drive got back Idle was almost 1500, so I took the Aic off cleaned it out, idle the same 1200-1500 I did not touch the tps, but with motor off I opened the butterfly no click. so I hope it was ok what I did next, the Idle stop screw was flush with the nut, so I backed it off about three threads showing this brought idle down to id say 800, with motor off and just a touch on the butterfly I hear the click of the tps went for a drive and all is good! I hope, but still after all that I still have excessive crank time got any ideas? thanks Earl
