I am sure the Fuel relay is shot...so replacing that is easy, got one..

Separately: that little wire that goes from the distributor housing to the coil> What does that do?
Whenever I connect the two sides between the resistor (My resistor corroded at the connections), I blow the ignition fuse. So I run with it disconnected, and it runs (until today). If I touch it to the frame, wouldn't that complete the same circuit, or is it hall sensor related (another inigma to me).
Anyone ever think its time that I bring my car into a guru shop? its been 5 years.
