If no one answers your question here there are people on the 99 BB that will help you with CIS issues. Also the responses we got on your earlier post about a fuel pressure gauge? I looked at my CIS car and I didn't see anything that looked like a 12mm banjo bolt (with a 17mm hex head) like someone said to to use! The one I threaded to 1/8" NPT for my liquid filled (under the hood gauge) has a 19mm head so I believe it's a 14mm thread. I used the banjo bolt on the fuel filter with a stainless steel street L to face the gauge straight up so it's easy to read. I've found this to be the least expensive way to go as treading the bolt isn't a big deal plus the neat little gauge I use is good quality and not all that expensive.
