Replacing the brake booster is a straight forward mechanical job. When he unbolts the brake pedal and moves it to the new booster it's almost guaranteed to disturb the setting on the cruise dump valve. If the mechanic's not used to doing Saab repairs he may not know the easy trick to resetting the valve. I know about it and still knocked my cruise out when I lubed the clutch/slave yoke rod a few weeks ago.
