At that mileage your chain is probably pretty stretched but a good idea would be to remove the tensioner and measure it. I suspect you know that to change the guides you have to remove the timing chain cover and that requires lifting the engine from the transaxle and by the time you do that you may as well pull the unit out of the car. When you're in that deep you can justify a head gasket and all the other seals and gaskets too or maybe you just want to leave the engine in place and roll in a new chain, replace the top guide and call it good. The other two guides may be OK. You can't go wrong with genuine Saab parts but IWIS chains are fine (maybe OEM) and I've had good luck with the Scantech guides. You don't have to replace the tensioner, they don't wear out, just get a new seal and o'ring.
