but after 22 years anything could happen. It took quite a bit of hammering to get it back on the shaft, and with red loctite, it should stay on another 22 years.
I'm also amazed it didn't fall out the bottom of the car on the 30 mile trip home.
Man it's cold out there. The parts car was in the wind zone, and after fighting to get the wiper assembly out for 5 minutes, I got the cut off wheel and sliced the cowl wide open. It came right out then. :)
