First you need to locate the leaks. Could be a faulty water pump even though its been replaced. Was it a rebuilt or new pump. My 92/900t water pump was leaking slightly just 4 months ago. I loosen the cap so the pressurized system wouldn't cause it to leak out, since its is cold now I didn't worry about the coolant boiling over. Just two weeks ago I decided to tighten the cap to see if it's still leaking. Nope! Could have been a small piece of dirt in the shaft seal. I'll just keep and eye on the gauges and replace the pump if I see leaking again. I keep a few parts on hand. Sometimes rebuilt anything can be faulty. One of the main problem that I've found when working on the c900/Saab is that people over tighten the drive belts to the accessories and this causes the shafts to pull side-ways which will cause failure of water pumps, power steering pumps, alternators and harmonic balancer pulleys. Check your belts tensions. Too much is a fatal mix.
