My "whale of a tale "as I'm calling it now" fiasco is finally over with! Learning curve here is not to buy from a seller that uses private auctions and of course in this case not from one who's known to be dishonest! Flea Bay was great in the long run however I did have to stay right on top of them throughout the whole process. Once they even sent me a message indicating that I sent the item back using my own shipping label rather than the one they provided and therefore they may not be able to refund my money!??? I of course called and got that straightened out immediately! Then I had to keep after them once the item was returned (with proof of delivery) to get them to refund my PayPal account and then after they went beyond their time frame again for the actual refunding I had to call them twice to get them to do it! Their shipping label lets you ship from USPS even though it's a UPS label so I took the package to the post office and paid the extra 88 cents for a USPS Delivery Confirmation Receipt so I'd have extra proof of delivery just in case this "dirt bag" seller tried to say the item was never returned! I came real close to keeping the Whale Tail and just cutting the lower rubber edge back 5/16" to get rid of the bad areas and of course repair the crack in the spoiler itself but I just couldn't give this guy the satisfaction of ripping another one of his buyers off! If (when) this item shows up somewhere for sale again you can find pictures of its defects on my photos here on TSN. Thanks to all who advised me on this issue! Dave at SPG9 Custom Turbo's.
