LH 2.2 diagnostic connector

Hi all,
Here is a hard question. I haven't been able to find the answer anywhere on the internet. I have LH 2.2, and I'm researching how to adjust the mixture screw on the Air Mass Meter. I was looking at the bit of service manual that Tom Townsend has posted on his site. He mentions here that I need a Pulse-Ratio Meter to measure the lambda pulse and set the AMM screw accordingly after putting it to a baseline of 350 ohms. I've included the link to his pdf.
I think I've found the diagnostic connector. It's shaped like a T, with three blade-connector slots inside. Four wires come out of the back. I have a Dwell Meter, which should work like a Pulse Ratio Meter, I'm thinking.
Now I just need to know how to hook it up. As his service bulletin is famously quoted, I need SAAB special adapter loom 83 94 132. Does anybody know how this whole business works? I basically just need to know what way to hook up the Pulse Ratio Meter and then I think I'll be golden.
Thanks!
